Hubrich Contracting began construction of the new Tillery Charter School campus expansion in November 2022 and is expected to be completed for the 2023 - 2024 school year. The buildings will serve students in expanded grade levels and offers a rigorous classic education curriculum. The campus is located in Biscoe, North Carolina and serves the children of Montgomery and surrounding counties.
Project Site
- Upgrade one existing building.
- New construction of 2 additional buildings:
- Building A is 26,276 square feet.
- Building B is 27.348 square feet.
- Wood framed with Architectural timber rafters.
- Exterior will be Hardie-panel 5/16” siding with 8” x 4” trim to match existing campus.
- Flooring is Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout.
- Two common areas with vaulted ceilings and cupola for student cafeteria and lounge.
