Voyager Academy Middle School is a project based learning charter school in Durham N.C. serving students in grades 4 - 8 and established in 2007. The middle school building is part of a three school campus that includes a high and elementary school as well. Hubrich Contracting built all three buildings on site. Delivery of the project required expedited approvals through NCDOT and City of Durham. Included build outs of two temporary spaces so the school could "launch" in a building within the same office park.
